 I chose this picture because it reminds me of all the fun times I had when I went on the Washington D.C. trip this past summer. Plus, it is one of my favorite photos I took while I was up there. Also it involves me being at one of my favorite places, The Beach!:)

Vacation

This past week, I went down to Missouri and Arkansas to visit family. The car ride was pretty long, but it felt like a roller coaster when you hit the Ozark Mountains, and all you had were crazy turns and bumpy roads, that just made you want to puke. lol  After we finally arrived down in Missouri we went to Fantistic Caverns. It was one of the biggest caves I have seen so far. We got to take a  jeep thing through the cave and as we were going through I kept getting dibbled on by the top of the cave. It was one of the prettiest sites I have ever seen.

Best Technology Invented

I think the best technology so far would have to be the cell phone.  The cell phone is the best because you can do almost anything on a cell phone. You can call and text people. You can download apps. Also you can purchase internet, so it's an easy way to use internet on the go. It's little weight so you it's easy to carry around. It fits perfectly in your pocket. My cell phone has made me connect more with my friends and family, but also sometimes I get a little to attached to it and use it to much. I'm one of those people who like sleep with my phone by my side, just because it's my alarm clock. That is another handy use for it. lol

My Job

I current work at Arby's here in Carroll, Iowa. I have been working there for about a year and a half. I work the front counter, drive thru, and backline once in awhile. I take orders, run orders, and clean tables. It's pretty much takes up half of my weekend, but I would say it's worth it cause I like the spare money to just go out and blow cause seriously who wouldn't do that. lol The employees I work with are great! Every time I work it seems like something different/exciting happens. Well that's my work life.
